Returns – Changes Policy

At thess.CHROMA we want your satisfaction with every product you buy, so we offer you the right to change or return it as long as the following conditions are met:

• The return must be made within an exclusive period of 14 days.
• The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• They must be accompanied by the receipt, invoice or change card.
• Return the entire product.
• Choose the courier company we work with.
• Product changes are free of charge if your order was over 80€. In case the value of your original order was less, the cost of returning the products is 5 €.

In cases where it is proven that the order has been incorrectly executed by the company or the product is defective, the possibility of a refund is possible. In these cases, the refund time is 2 to 5 working days.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, except in the case of cash on delivery, in which case our company will deposit the amount of money in an account that you will indicate to us.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations of Orders are possible only within the next 1 hour from the moment of their confirmation and if the product has not been shipped. The cancellation of the order can only be done by e-mail to info@thesschroma.gr.

It is necessary to include the order number in the e-mail.
