Ways of ordering

Through the e-shop e.thesschroma.gr

Choose the products you want, place them in your “basket”, choose the payment method that suits you and… in a few days they will be at your door.

Notes:

– To add the products you wish to add to your “cart”, click on the “ADD TO CART” option. When you have selected all the products you want, click on the “CART” option and follow the detailed steps to easily complete your order.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Place your order by calling 2311 206 145 from Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 7am – 2.30pm.

PHYSICAL STORE

Visit our store at 43 Konstantinoupoleos Street, Thessaloniki, P.O. Box 54639, and complete your purchases immediately.

Notes:

Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed from 3pm onwards are processed the next working day.

Payment Methods

BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

By using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards.

If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment site of Eurobank. After you have made the payment, you will return to e.thesschroma.gr for final confirmation.

Notes:

– Arampatzis Athanasios – Thess.CHROMA does not receive in any case your card number, but only the notification from the bank for the approval or rejection of the transaction.

– If the transaction is approved, the charge is made automatically.

BANK DEPOSIT

Payment of your order can be made by direct deposit to the company’s bank account at Eurobank or National Bank.

The account numbers, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC are listed below:

– As the reason for the deposit, please fill in the relevant order number.

– Upon completion of the payment, send the relevant document to the e-mail info@thesschroma.γρ for immediate completion of the procedure.

CONTACT

If you choose this payment method, payment is made upon delivery of the order by the courier company we cooperate with. The cash on delivery method is only available within Thessaloniki.
